Hannah is a member of the International Dance Teachers Association (IDTA) and works for Active Lives Education in a variety of roles. These include working in schools as a dance teacher and gymnastics coach. She also leads Active Lives Stage Stars performing arts holiday camps in Stafford which include dance, drama and singing. Hannah is also Principle for The Dance Academy in Stafford.
Hannah started dancing at the age of 3, attending Bojangles Dance School in Lichfield taking grades in Ballet and Modern Jazz up to Grade 6, she then achieved her Intermediate Ballet exam at DanceTek School of Dance in Derby developing a true passion for dance.
Hannah has passed the BTEC Extended National Diploma in Dance studying at Burton and South Derbyshire College then going on to study a Foundation Degree in Dance and Theatre Arts at Staffordshire University.
Hannah has had the privilege to perform at the Royal Albert Hall, London Excel and Move It, along with various other dance shows and flash mobs.
Hannah started teaching dance whilst studying at university on work experience, and has now been teaching dance for 5 years. During her time as a dance teacher she has gained a distinction in her Ballet Teacher Examinations and is now working towards furthering her qualification. She has gained experience with choreography and teaching different dance styles such as :ballet, tap, modern, lyrical contemporary, commercial, jazz, street, gymnastics and pointe.
Hannah is also a qualified Gymnastics Coach for primary age. She is DBS checked and holds a First Aid qualification.
