Are you a Level 2 Coach in any sport, or a performing arts professional? Are you passionate about Physical Activity and Sport or Performing Arts? Do you love working with children and adults? Are you an excellent communicator?
At Active Lives Education we deliver a wide range of activities including performing arts, gymnastics, football, rugby, cricket, handball, badminton, tennis, martial arts, and many more.
The International Dance Teachers’ Association is a leading dance qualifications awarding body and membership association for professional dance teachers.
They define standards across the widest variety of dance forms, examine performance for both professionals and non-professionals of all ages, develop the skills and professional practice of our members, and promote the love of dance across a dynamic, global community.
We have a number of IDTA trained dance teachers who teach a variety of different dance styles including: tap dance, ballet, lyrical contemporary, street dance, commercial jazz, and body conditioning and stretch and tone. Our teachers, work with local primary schools to support schools with their primary PE offer through teaching dance, but also teach kids how to dance in local communities through our dance school which is called The Dance Academy.
We have a partnership agreement in place with England Netball to deliver back to netball sessions. England Nteball are the National Governing Body for the sport. The "back to netball" programme has been running across England since 2010, with over 60,000 women having already taken part. It is a great initiative that we are proud to be a part of.
We work with Badminton England to deliver their primary school programme the racket pack.
The Racket Pack is designed purely for little smashers with energy to burn, It is a skills based initiative that lets children enjoy a quality first experience of badminton that sets them out on a lifelong love of getting active.
Sparking active imaginations to try something new; our fun, friendly sessions also play a key role in developing fitness, stamina, teamwork, co-ordination and confidence skills.
We are also run a Badminton England affiliated badminton club.
We work with the FA, Staffordshire FA and SSE to deliver girls only mini soccer centres as part of the National Wildcats Programme. The SSE Wildcats Girls' Mini Soccer Centres Programme has seen 200 SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football Clubs opening throughout England. The programme provides girls aged 5 to 11 with regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun, engaging and safe environment over a minimum 16 week period. The project is an integral part of The FA’s objective to double girls’ football participation by 2020 and has been established in a joint partnership between The FA and SSE, supporters of girls’ football participation and sponsor of the SSE Women’s FA Cup.

Beacon Sport and Fitness work with us to provide activities for children in Stafford during the school holiday period. It is also the home of Active Lives Badminton Club who play in Badminton Leagues across Staffordshire.
Beacon Sport and Fitness are a fitness and leisure facility based in Stafford and they pride themselves on being a friendly, community-led centre with our members at the forefront of everything we do. They aim to create an environment that allows everybody who walks through their doors feel welcome, encouraged and supported – no matter what their goals may be.
PACES currently operate in Herefordshire and Worcestershire. They link sport and education to provide every child, parent, teacher and coaching professional, with a love of sport. Their high quality, inspiring coaches offer a variety of spirting activities, centre on learning and development.
We love working with other high quality organisations and PACES are certainly that. We are working with them as a delivery and development partner, working together, sharing expertise to improve what we do.
Staffordshire Women's Aid is a specialist service who have been providing Domestic and Sexual Violence Services since 1976.
They are committed to equality and diversity and aim to provide a service for all regardless of ethnicity, sexuality, disability, religion or class.
