Our Active Lives Professionals hold a current and valid UKCC NGB level 2 coaching qualification or equivalent performing arts qualification
Our staff include fully qualified teachers who help support delivery and develop our schemes of work in line with the National Curriculum.
Are continuously assessed and visited by our Director of Quality to ensure they're engaged in our part of our Active Lives Mentoring Programme and receive regular support to improve their practice.
Receive regular Continued Professional Development
Hold up to date First Aid and safeguarding qualification
Are enhanced DBS checked and cleared
The majority of our staff also hold University degrees in Sport or Performing Arts.
Our Active Lives Professional who teach Performing Arts hold or are working towards the Teachers IDTA qualification
All our Active Lives Professionals receive planning, preparation, and assessment time just like teachers in schools. This ensures they deliver to the highest quality.
All our Curriculum based lessons have been developed in line with the National Curriculum for PE and Association for Physical Education guidance, and aim to meet the needs of ALL individuals involved.
All schools engaged in our activities receive access to our resources which Short, Medium and Long Term Plans across a variety of sports
